Its sensory profile is described as spicy, dark chocolate, grapefruit and passion fruit. As we got this coffee for free, we will donate all the turnover to an Indonesian LGBTQI Organization called ARUS PELANGI. |

Indonesia Flores (Robusta): The taste of Robusta is often described as 'burnt bicycle tire'. That does not sound too tempting, right? Nevertheless, it shows it's full range of qualities when added to Arabica. We recommend an addition of 5-20%, depending on individual preference. Robusta supports the development of a nice crema and is an essential ingredient of espresso. Adding Robusta to Arabica can turn your coffee into the 'fist from the cup' to give you a right push to start your day. We think, it is ideal from Monday to Friday, but on weekends, it is best to relax with a pure Arabica. |
